個の存在価値を最大化させる

1人1人の存在価値は、国籍や言語、人種や文化の違いによってユニークに形成され、そして柔軟にカタチを変化させながら社会に存在している。 画一的な教育や環境から生まれた集合体として在世し続けるのではなく、既成概念や慣習そのものに疑問を持ち、社会の中で発揮されるアイデンティティが尊重されることこそが、Diversity（多様性）やPersonalize（個別最適化）が必要とされる社会において重要なのではないだろうか。国境の往来が自由で活発になった時代において、多様でユニークな個の存在は、疎外されるものではなく、embrace（包容）されるものであるはず。 その価値を最大化させることが私たちの役割です。 

Our role is to maximize one’s value in this society.
In the era of increasingly frequent border crossings, the existence of diverse and unique individuals should be embraced, not marginalized. The value of each person is uniquely shaped by differences in nationality, language, race, and culture, and it exists in society while flexibly changing its form.  It is necessary for a society that requires diversity and personalization, to question preconceived notions and conventions, and to respect the identities that are exhibited in society, rather than keep existing as the aggregates that result from homogeneous education and environments.

多文化共生を当たり前にする

日本以外にルーツがあることで、不当な社会的不利益をこうむることなく、社会に存在することで、社会全体が豊かになる。 そんな多文化共生が当たり前になるように、Minority（少数派）だけでなくMajority（多数派）にも徹底的に寄り添います。 その人が「らしくある」ことを支えるために。 目の前の小さな一声を大切にしたサービスをつくり続けます。

The entire society is enriched by being present in society without suffering unjust social disadvantages due to having roots outside of Japan. In order for such multicultural coexistence to become the norm, we will be thoroughly committed to not only the minority, but also the majority. To support people to be "who you are". We will continue to create services that value the smallest voice in front of us.
